About the role

AIMTREX designs and executes indoor/modular shooting ranges, shoot houses, and target systems for military, paramilitary, and police forces — involving ballistic protection systems, specialized civil structures, and integrated MEP. We need a mature, technically solid Civil Engineer who can act as civil specialist in client meetings while driving fast design and execution across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and finalize RCC foundations and civil structures (equipment bases, container foundations, pads, strip footings)
- Interpret site conditions and drawings to develop fast, practical engineering solutions
- Prepare/review execution drawings, BOQs, and GFC drawings; resolve site issues in real time
- Plan and monitor multiple project sites simultaneously; coordinate with fabrication, erection, MEP teams
- Act as civil engineering specialist with clients, consultants, and senior defence/government stakeholders
- Support fast procurement, vendor coordination, and material supply timelines
- Ensure quality,



safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specs

Qualifications

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering, from a recognized/reputed university (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years in industrial/EPC/PEB/infrastructure projects, with mandatory hands-on PMC experience at site
- Strong practical knowledge of RCC foundations, load understanding, anchoring systems, construction materials
- AutoCAD proficiency preferred; BOQ preparation and vendor coordination experience

Must-Have

- Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory) — confident engagement with senior defence/government clients
- Strong presentation skills; mature, composed, professional demeanor
- Fast decision-maker, hands-on and execution-driven

- Candidates with no hands-on site execution
- Candidates lacking client interaction exposure or communication skills
