Role Description This is a full-time, in office Civil Design Engineer role based in Noida.

The Civil Design

Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing civil and structural designs, drawings, and calculations for power and energy infrastructure projects. Daily tasks include coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards, and supporting the preparation of technical reports and design documentation. The role involves working closely with project managers and clients to address design issues, optimize solutions, and support project execution schedules.





The Civil Design

Engineer will also participate in site-related coordination, design verification, and continuous improvement of design processes.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in civil and structural design, including analysis, detailing, and preparation of engineering drawings and calculations.
- Experience with design software commonly used in civil engineering
- Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and best practices in civil and structural engineering for power and energy projects.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, prepare reports, DPR, and communicate clearly with project teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; a master’s degree in structural or infrastructure engineering is an advantage.
- Prior experience in power sector or large Hydro projects is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality in design.
