City Manager – Personal Loan Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a City Manager to manage personal loan sales operations in Ahmedabad. The role involves building a team of Team Leaders, monitoring team performance, and achieving city-level sales targets.

Responsibilities

- Hire and onboard 5 Team Leaders in the assigned city.
- Manage and monitor the daily activities and performance of Team Leaders.
- Support Team Leaders in building their FOS/Sales Executive teams.
- Drive personal loan sales and achieve assigned city-level targets.
- Set daily targets and provide regular guidance to the sales team.
- Conduct performance reviews and follow up on business performance.
- Track sales activities, team productivity, and target achievement.
- Maintain daily and weekly performance reports.




- Update and maintain required information in Google Sheets.

Requirements
- Experience in personal loan sales, finance, fintech, banking sales, or a related field.
- Previous experience in team handling and sales management.
- Experience in hiring and building sales teams.
- Positive communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage Team Leaders and monitor sales performance.
- Target-oriented approach and ability to work in a sales environment.

Salary

₹32,000+ per month, depending on relevant experience and interview performance.

Salary may be offered up to ₹35,000–₹40,000+ for candidates with relevant experience in personal loan sales, team handling, and team building.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
