Role Description The Civil and Structural Draughtsman will prepare and revise detailed civil and structural drawings, layouts, and plans for renewable energy and related infrastructure projects. Daily responsibilities include developing CAD drawings from engineering sketches, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and standards, and maintaining organized drawing records and documentation.

The role involves close coordination with civil and structural engineers, reviewing design inputs, incorporating feedback,



and supporting preparation of tender and construction documents. The draughtsman will also assist in quantity take-offs, basic detailing, and drawing updates throughout the project lifecycle. This is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD) and structural detailing tools for civil and structural drafting.
- Strong understanding of civil and structural engineering fundamentals, construction drawings, and relevant codes/standards.
- Ability to interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and site data, and convert them into clear, accurate drawings.
- Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and ability to manage multiple drawing revisions and documentation.
- Diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in infrastructure or renewable energy projects is an advantage.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and environmentally responsible design practices.
