Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across multiple locations within the city.

- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.

- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment with job requirements.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide them with suitable options.

- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or staffing industry.

- Robust understanding of QSR volume hiring processes.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple stakeholders effectively.

- Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment management including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, onboarding etc.
