We are looking for a agile professional to join our CIBG Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Running processes for account setup, user maintenance, and account/user closure/deletion.

Handling stakeholder instructions and enquiries while ensuring SLAs are met.

Ensuring client documentation complies with internal KYC, Compliance, and Regulatory requirements.

Coordinating with Relationship Teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account management.

What Were Looking For

3-5 years of experience in Corporate Account Opening, Maintenance & Internet Banking.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a high-pressure, complex operational environment.

Client-focused mindset.

Prior experience in Account Opening & Maintenance will be an added advantage.
