Chinese Chef – SEBEN Pan Asian Kitchen Location: Banashankari, Bengaluru Job Type: Full-time SEBEN Pan Asian Kitchen is looking for an experienced Chinese Chef with strong hands-on knowledge of Chinese and Indo-Chinese cuisine. The chef should be confident handling a fast-paced commercial kitchen and consistently delivering great taste, presentation and portion control.

Key Responsibilities Prepare Chinese and Indo-Chinese starters, soups, noodles, fried rice and gravies. Strong wok skills and knowledge of sauces, marinades and Asian ingredients. Maintain consistent taste, portion size and food presentation.

Handle mise-en-place and preparation before service. Follow recipes, food-costing standards and minimise wastage. Maintain kitchen hygiene,



cleanliness and food-safety standards. Manage orders efficiently during busy lunch and dinner service.

Coordinate with other chefs and kitchen helpers. Monitor stock and inform the manager about ingredient requirements.
