Chief People Officer Bath Linen

We are seeking a energetic and strategic Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead the HR function for our Bath Linen Business. The role will be responsible for driving talent strategy, leadership development, performance culture, HR digital transformation, employee experience, industrial relations, and organizational effectiveness to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive people strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Build leadership pipeline and succession plans for critical roles.
- Lead Pay-for-Performance and performance management frameworks.
- Drive HR digitalization, people analytics, and AI-led HR initiatives.
- Enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.
- Lead industrial relations and workforce productivity programs.
- Optimize manpower costs while improving organizational effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives including TPM, TQM, Kaizen, Quality Circles, and 6S.
