- Responsible for providing Un-interrupted utility services to meet production Targets.

- Responsible for providing DM/Purified water supply with Quality compliance.

- Responsible for Boiler operations & maintenance

- Should have in-depth knowledge in cGMP/USFDA Documentation

- Should have in-depth knowledge in Current safety systems/secure working practices.

- Should be strong in implementing Energy conservation initiatives.

- Should be able to operate Utilities with optimum cost.

- Responsible for smooth operation of HVAC system.

- Person should be capable to Train & lead the Team

- Should have in-depth knowledge in Brine chillers, Air compressors, Nitrogen plant, Screw chillers, cooling towers, DM plant, Purified water systems, HVAC system.

- Should have in-depth knowledge in FBC boiler/ Manual fired boiler/ FO Boiler/ Briquette plant





- Should be familiar with Energy management system

- Responsible for installation of Utility systems, Boilers etc

- Responsible for installation of DM water/ purified water systems, validation.

- Responsible for online GMP documentation of his team.

- Responsible for statutory compliance/Boiler regulations.

- Bills verification & Approval,

- Tracking Budget Vs Actual expenditure.

- Should be familiar with CAPA, Root cause Analysis tools.

- Should have in-depth knowledge on Equipment Qualification, Preventive maintenance documentation.

- Spares stock maintenance.

- Should be capable to face Quality, EHS Audits independently.
