Little Millennium, Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam, is looking for an experienced and motivated Chief Learning Officer to lead and support learning, academic, and administrative initiatives at our preschool.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, experience in the education sector—preferably preschool education—and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate learning and academic activities within the preschool.
Support teachers in planning and implementing effective learning activities.
Maintain a positive, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment.
Coordinate with teachers, management, and parents when required.
Monitor day-to-day academic and administrative activities.
Maintain appropriate records and documentation.
Help maintain quality standards across academic and operational activities.
Contribute to a positive and professional work culture.
Requirements
Experience in the education sector, preferably in preschool/early childhood education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with teachers, parents, and management.
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
Positive attitude and ability to create a supportive work environment.
Preferred Experience
Experience in preschool, kindergarten, school administration, academic coordination, or a related field.
Candidates with leadership or team-management experience will be preferred.
