Candidate Profile

- Extensive experience in securing debt funding for working capital from Indian banks and financial institutions.

- Successfully secured funds exceeding Rs 1000 Crores.

- Proficient in managing relationships and negotiations with large consortiums of banks

- Demonstrated success in raising equity funding from Venture Capitalists (VCs) and Private Equity (PE) firms.

- Experience in Power industry handling leadership in Finance and Accounts function

- Proven track record in financial management and fundraising.

- Hands-on experience in managing structured financing.

- Accountable for audit processes related to financial management.

- Exceptional control over internal systems and processes.

- Robust ability to navigate and optimize financial operations.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals and industry trends

- Provide leadership in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modelling





- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports

- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and legal requirements

- Identify and assess financial risks, implementing effective risk management strategies

- Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets

- Optimize capital structure and manage liquidity to support strategic initiatives

- Evaluate and recommend financing options and investment opportunities

- Analyze financial and operational performance, providing insights to support decision making

- Collaborate with other executives to assess the financial impact of business initiatives

- Communicate the company's financial performance and strategy effectively

- Manage cash flow, investments, and banking relationships
