Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chemistry Teacher to join our coaching center team, specializing in preparing students for entrance exams such as JEE, NEET, and other competitive exams. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Chemistry concepts, excellent teaching skills, and a proven ability to simplify complex topics for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver high-quality Chemistry lessons that cover the syllabus for entrance exams such as JEE, NEET, and other competitive exams.
- Curriculum Development: Prepare detailed study plans, notes, and teaching materials tailored to meet the specific needs of students aiming for entrance exams.
- Student Assessment: Regularly assess students’ performance through quizzes, mock tests, and assignments to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Doubt Clearing Sessions: Conduct special doubt-clearing sessions for students to address their questions and improve their conceptual understanding.
- Monitor Progress: Track the academic progress of students and provide feedback to them and their parents on areas of improvement.
- Innovative Teaching: Use innovative and interactive teaching techniques such as experiments, demonstrations,



and problem-solving sessions to help students grasp difficult concepts.
- Exam Strategies: Guide students in developing effective exam strategies, including time management and question selection for optimal performance.
- Motivate Students: Inspire and motivate students to achieve their highest potential in competitive exams.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Educational Qualification: A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in teaching Chemistry for competitive exams such as JEE/NEET is highly preferred.
- In-Depth Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Chemistry syllabus and exam patterns of entrance exams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively teach and connect with students.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to help students develop analytical thinking and tackle challenging problems.
- Passion for Teaching: Genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students in achieving their academic goals.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different learning styles and make adjustments in teaching methodologies as needed.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
