Key Responsibilities

- Conduct individual and group chess training sessions for children and teenagers.

- Teach chess fundamentals, tactics, strategy, openings, endgames, and positional concepts.

- Analyze students' games and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

- Prepare age-appropriate and level-based lesson plans.

- Monitor student progress and maintain regular performance records.

- Encourage students to participate in chess tournaments and develop competitive skills.

- Create a positive, disciplined, and engaging learning environment.

- Conduct online classes using digital chess platforms when required.

- Communicate clearly with students and parents regarding progress and development.

Qualifications

- Strong chess knowledge and playing experience

- Chess coaching/teaching experience preferred

- FIDE rating, tournament participation, or chess certification is an advantage

- Valuable English communication skills

- Online coaching experience is an advantage

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per day
