Role Description The Chemistry Faculty for JEE Main/Advanced will design and deliver high-quality classroom instruction in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry for aspirants at various levels of preparation.

Responsibilities include planning and structuring lesson plans aligned with JEE Main/Advanced patterns, creating practice questions and tests, and explaining complex concepts through clear, engaging teaching methods. The faculty will regularly assess student performance, provide feedback and doubt clarification, and contribute to curriculum and content development for both classroom and digital platforms.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring active participation in academic planning, mentoring students, and collaborating with other faculty members to enhance overall learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong subject-matter expertise in Chemistry, with solid understanding of JEE Main/Advanced-level Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
- Ability to design and refine curriculum and study materials, including lesson plans, practice problems, and mock tests aligned with entrance exam requirements.
- Research skills to stay updated on exam trends, syllabus changes, and best practices in competitive exam preparation.
- Proven classroom teaching or coaching experience for JEE or similar entrance exams is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas in a explicit, structured, and engaging manner.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related discipline from a reputed institution.
- Strong mentoring mindset, patience, and commitment to student success, with the ability to work collaboratively with academic and product teams.
