Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine analytical testing of:

- Raw materials
- In-process samples

- Finished injectable products
- Water samples (e.g., WFI, purified water)

- Stability samples
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as:
- HPLC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, FTIR, pH meter, Conductivity meter, etc.
- Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and test methods strictly.
- Document all results and observations accurately in logbooks, worksheets, and LIMS (if applicable).
- Assist in sampling activities for raw materials, packaging materials, and water systems.
- Conduct environmental monitoring activities if required.
- Participate in calibration and validation activities of lab instruments.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and company quality standards.
- Report deviations, OOS (Out of Specification) results, and incidents to supervisors promptly.
- Support investigations and CAPA implementation related to QC issues.
