Hiring - Chat Support Executive

We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to handle customer complaints and queries through social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through chat, WhatsApp, and other online channels.
- Manage customer queries and complaints received through social media platforms.
- Respond to customer comments, messages, and complaints professionally
- Provide accurate information regarding shipments, deliveries.
- Track shipments and update customers about delivery status.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
- Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain proper records of customer conversations and complaints.




- Maintain a positive brand image and ensure positive customer satisfaction.
- Good communication and typing skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers candidates can apply.

Requirements:

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable using chat, email, and WhatsApp.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude.
