About the Role

International Gemmological Institute (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Chartered Accountant Fresher with strong academic credentials and practical exposure gained during Articleship. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Internal Audit, good knowledge of SAP, and solid proficiency in Advanced Excel.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing internal audit activities, analyzing financial and operational data, identifying process gaps, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute Internal Audit activities across relevant business and financial processes.
- Conduct audit reviews, identify control gaps, process risks, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare audit reports, working papers, observations, and recommendations.
- Coordinate with various departments for audit requirements, data collection, and closure of audit observations.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify discrepancies, trends, and potential risks.
- Work extensively on SAP for financial, accounting, and audit-related activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, audit analysis, and management reports using Advanced MS Excel.
- Review internal controls and assess compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Support management in improving processes, controls, and financial governance.




- Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of assigned audit activities.

Mandatory Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher.
- Both Group 1 and Group 2 must have been cleared in the 1st attempt.
- Candidates must have worked in Internal Audit during Articleship.
- Strong practical understanding of internal audit and ability to independently manage audit activities.
- SAP knowledge is mandatory.
- Excellent command of MS Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional personality and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and departments.
- Immediate availability to join is mandatory.
