About the Role

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant who goes beyond traditional accounting and compliance. The role focuses on Internal Audit, Finance Controls, SOP implementation, Process Excellence, and Business Advisory for SME and growing businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Internal Audits, Process Audits, and Risk Assessments.
- Identify control gaps, financial leakages, process inefficiencies, and compliance risks.
- Design and implement SOPs, process controls, approval matrices, and checklists.
- Strengthen finance processes covering AP, AR, payments, collections, cash flow, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Review Accounting, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance processes.
- Prepare and analyse MIS, financial reports, cash flow, working capital, and business KPIs.
- Understand client business models and provide practical, actionable solutions.
- Work directly with business owners, CFOs, and leadership teams.
- Lead and review junior team members and ensure timely, quality delivery.




- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and better financial controls.

Required Skills
- Qualified CA with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Internal Audit, Process Consulting, Finance Controls, or Risk Assessment.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and financial controls.
- Ability to design and implement SOPs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business understanding.
- Excellent client handling and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Experience with Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar software is preferred.
- Team handling experience is an advantage.
