We are looking for an experienced Cost Accountant / CMA who can take responsibility for the Finance & Accounts function as CFO of our growing manufacturing organization.

The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Manufacturing Costing, Fund Management, Working Capital, Financial MIS, Inventory Control, Banking and Financial Planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall Finance & Accounts function.
- Fund Flow, Cash Flow and Working Capital Management.
- Manage Banking Operations, CC/OD, BG, LC and banking relationships.
- Prepare and review Financial MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
- Product-wise and BOM-wise Costing.
- Manufacturing Cost, Labour Cost and Overhead Analysis.
- Product-wise profitability and Cost Variance Analysis.
- Inventory, Stock Valuation and Inventory Ageing.
- Stock, Bank, Customer,



Vendor and Ledger Reconciliation.
- Receivable & Payable monitoring and Working Capital optimization.
- Budgeting, Forecasting and Budget vs Actual analysis.
- Cost reduction and profitability improvement.
- GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
- Coordination with Statutory, Internal and Cost Auditors.
- Provide financial analysis and business insights to the MD/Management.
- Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team.

Candidate Profile

- CMA / CA/ICWA Required
- 12-18 years of relevant experience.
- Manufacturing / Engineering / Electrical industry experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Costing, BOM, Inventory, Working Capital, MIS and Financial Controls.
- Experience with ERP and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership and decision-making skills.
- Should be comfortable working directly with senior management.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
