Hiring | Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountants for M&A; Due Diligence CA / Semi-Qualified CA

CTC: 1015 LPA (not more than that)

Experience

- Semi-Qualified CA – 4–5 years
- Fully Qualified CA – 2+ years

Location: Guindy, Chennai (600032) We are looking for finance professionals with strong experience in M&A; Due Diligence to join a high-impact project involving transaction advisory and financial analysis.

Key Requirements

- Hands-on experience in M&A; / Financial Due Diligence
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, QoE, working capital, EBITDA and transaction-related analysis
- Experience working on M&A; / transaction advisory projects
- Robust accounting and financial reporting knowledge
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills




- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight timelines
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Ideal Profile: CA / Semi-Qualified CA / Partly Qualified CA professionals who have worked with Big 4 / Transaction Advisory / Deal Advisory / M&A; / Due Diligence teams and are looking to take up a challenging project role.
