nChannel Management:

n1、Identify, recruit, and develop new channel partners in the region.

n2、Maintain robust relationships with current distributors and dealers.

n3、 Ensure channel partners are aligned with the company’s commercial strategy.

n4、 Deliver regular training sessions to channels on products, pricing, and promotions.

n

nSales Development:

n1、Implement strategies to increase sales through channel partners.

n2、Support partners in key negotiations, accompanying them in meetings with end clients. 3、Coordinate with the internal team on inventory availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.

nMarket Analysis:

n1、Monitor channel performance and propose action plans to optimize results.

n2、Evaluate the profitability and growth of each channel partner.





n3、Generate periodic reports with sales analysis, forecasts, and business opportunities.

nTarget Achievement:

n1、Ensure channel partners meet their assigned quotes.

n2、Identify and resolve issues related to channel performance.

n3、Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that boost indirect sales.

nRequirements:

nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years in channel sales or distributor management.

nExperience in telecommunications, technology, or related sectors (preferred).

nSkills:

nNegotiation and deal closing.

nCommercial relationship management and account development.

nMarket analysis and report generation.

nLanguages: English 、Hindi

nTravel Availability: Frequent travel within the assigned region.
