ROLE OVERVIEW

Roswalt Realty is looking for a seasoned, well-networked Sourcing Head to lead channel partner sourcing for its upcoming commercial project in Khar. The ideal candidate must have a strong track record in commercial real estate sales and leasing, a proven ability to build and lead a sourcing team, and an extensive, active Channel Partner network across the Bandra–Khar micro-market.

This is a leadership role responsible for setting the CP sourcing strategy, building and mentoring a team of Sourcing Managers, and personally driving relationships with top-tier CPs, IPCs, and institutional investors to source high-ticket commercial inventory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

— Define and drive the overall Channel Partner sourcing strategy for the commercial project.

— Build, lead, and mentor a team of Sourcing Managers and CP Relationship Executives across core micro-markets.

— Personally own and activate relationships with top-tier CPs, IPCs, investors, and corporate contacts.

— Set individual and team targets for lead generation, walk-ins, and CP activations; track performance against them.

— Source and personally close, or oversee closure of, high-ticket commercial sales and leasing opportunities.

— Design and roll out CP engagement programs — briefings, incentive structures, loyalty initiatives, and activations.

— Maintain and expand a strong network across Bandra, Khar, Santacruz, Juhu, and nearby premium markets.

— Coordinate closely with the closing team, marketing, and leadership on site visits, negotiations, and closures.

— Own CP productivity, lead status, walk-in, and conversion reporting across the team.

— Track and share market intelligence on commercial pricing, rentals, leasing trends, and competitor projects.

— Represent the brand at a senior level with premium clients, CPs, IPCs, and commercial property consultants.





— The candidate will be required to prepare and present weekly, monthly, and strategic sourcing reports to management.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

— Robust, proven experience in commercial real estate sourcing, sales, and leasing, including team leadership.

— Must have handled or overseen commercial ticket sizes of approximately ₹40 Cr – ₹50 Cr or higher at a portfolio level.

— Extensive, well-established Channel Partner network in the Bandra–Khar micro-market is mandatory.

— Prior experience leading or managing a sourcing / CP sales team is mandatory.

— Strong knowledge of commercial real estate, office spaces, retail spaces, leasing terms, rentals, and investor requirements.

— Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

— Strong personality, executive presence, and ability to represent the brand at a senior level.

— Highly target-oriented and results-driven, with the ability to build and scale a high-performing sourcing team.

— Prior experience with developer lobby, IPCs, commercial brokers, or premium real estate firms will be preferred.

— Experience sourcing for both sales and leasing is preferable; alternatively, strong connects with CPs who deal in both sale and lease transactions will be considered.
