Role Description The CGHS Billing Executive is a full-time, on-site position based at Infinity Care Hospital in Varanasi. The role involves managing end-to-end CGHS billing processes, including generating and verifying invoices, ensuring accurate coding and documentation, and maintaining compliance with CGHS guidelines and hospital policies.

The CGHS Billing Executive will coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to collect required information, resolve billing discrepancies, and process claims in a timely manner. Daily tasks also include maintaining billing records,



preparing reports for the finance department, and responding to queries from patients, CGHS officials, and internal stakeholders. The role requires consistent attention to detail, adherence to regulatory requirements, and support in improving billing efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong billing process knowledge, particularly in healthcare or CGHS-related billing.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills to review claims, identify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with patients, medical staff, and CGHS authorities.
- Candidates should possess basic finance and invoicing skills, including familiarity with hospital billing software or ERP systems.
- Relevant experience in hospital billing or healthcare administration, preferably with CGHS or government schemes.
- Minimum qualification of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ability to work with digital records and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced clinical environment.
