- Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounts function.
- Develop financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, profitability, and financial performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate MIS, financial reporting, and management reporting .
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, audits, and taxation • Manage banking relationships, fund requirements, and financial controls.
- Drive cost optimization and improve financial efficiency.
- Establish and strengthen internal controls, processes, and financial policies.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the management.
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
