we are looking for a sincere, responsible, and enthusiastic Chairside Dental Assistant to join our dental team.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures and treatments.
- Prepare the dental chair, instruments, materials, and equipment before each procedure.
- Provide efficient four-handed chairside assistance, including suction and instrument transfer.
- Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and properly organize dental instruments.
- Follow strict infection-control and sterilization protocols.
- Prepare patients for treatment and help ensure their comfort during procedures.
- Assist with procedures including fillings, root canal treatments, extractions, orthodontic procedures, dental implants, impressions, and digital scans as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the operatory and clinical areas.
- Ensure instruments and materials are properly stocked and ready for use.




- Maintain patient records and assist with basic clinical documentation when required.
- Provide patients with post-treatment instructions as directed by the dentist.
- Coordinate with the dentist, reception staff, laboratory, and other team members for smooth patient flow.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a dental assistant is preferred; suitable candidates willing to learn may also apply.
- Basic understanding of dental instruments and sterilization procedures is desirable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, disciplined, hygienic, and well organized.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical setting.
- Willingness to learn modern dental procedures and digital dentistry workflows.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
