Experience: 10+ years in senior leadership/management

Industry: Fabric Manufacturers

· Develop and execute the company’s overall vision, strategy, and business objectives.

· Lead day-to-day business operations while maintaining focus on long-term growth.

· Drive revenue, profitability, market expansion, and overall business performance.

· Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing management team.

· Establish explicit goals, KPIs, and performance standards across the organization.

· Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets.

· Maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, partners, and other key stakeholders.

· Ensure effective financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.





· Monitor industry trends, competition, and market developments.

· Promote a strong company culture based on accountability, innovation, integrity, and collaboration.

· Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

· Represent the company at important meetings, industry events, and business engagements.

· Report regularly to the Board of Directors/Owners on company performance and strategic initiatives.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
