About the Role

Unacademy Centre is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Centre Head to manage and drive the overall operations, student experience, academic coordination, sales, and business growth of our Indirapuram Centre.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, team management, communication, and operational skills, with experience in the education/coaching industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the centre.
- Drive student enrolments, admissions, revenue, and centre growth.
- Lead and manage the centre's sales, counselling, academic, and support teams.
- Set targets and monitor team performance to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure excellent student and parent experience.
- Coordinate with educators and academic teams for smooth course delivery.
- Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and admission activities.
- Maintain centre discipline, processes, and operational standards.
- Organize seminars, workshops, school outreach, and promotional activities.
- Analyse centre performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Handle student/parent concerns and ensure timely resolution.




- Develop local marketing and partnership initiatives to increase centre visibility.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in centre management, education, coaching, sales, or operations.
- Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust sales and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and responsibilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and basic business analytics.
- Experience in the education/coaching industry will be an advantage.
