Position: Center Head cum Sales Manager ? Location:Ahmedabad ? Experience:2 –7 years preferred Candidates with experience in Aesthetic Clinic / Dermatology / Cosmetology / Salon / Wellness Industry will be preferred. ? Key Responsibilities:Manage overall day-to-day clinic operations Handle and lead the sales & front-office team Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets Convert leads into consultations and treatment packages Follow up with existing and potential clients Drive package sales, upgrades, renewals & cross-selling Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent client experience Monitor daily leads, conversions, collections and sales performance Train and motivate the sales team Coordinate with doctors,



therapists and clinic staff Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports Support marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities ✅ Candidate Profile:Proven experience as Sales Manager / Center Manager / Clinic Manager Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skin, hair, laser and salon services Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills Target-oriented and good leadership abilities Ability to manage a team and clinic independently Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills Presentable, confident and professional personality ?
