We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Catering Manager to manage our banquet catering operations and ensure smooth execution of events from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise catering operations for weddings, functions and large banquet events.
- Coordinate directly with clients regarding menu, food requirements, event schedules and special requests.
- Understand client requirements and ensure they are properly communicated to the kitchen and service teams.
- Plan and coordinate bulk food preparation and catering requirements according to guest count.
- Supervise the catering team during events and ensure smooth and timely food service.
- Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, service staff and other departments for seamless event execution.
- Monitor food quality, quantity, taste, presentation and replenishment during events.
- Ensure proper setup of buffet counters, live counters and dining areas as per event requirements.
- Handle last-minute changes and client requirements during events efficiently.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety are maintained.
- Take responsibility for the overall catering operation and client satisfaction during the event.




- Manage staff deployment and ensure adequate manpower for each function.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Catering Manager.
- Must have previously worked with a reputed caterer, banquet, hotel or large-scale catering company.
- Strong hands-on experience in bulk catering and managing large gatherings is essential.
- Experience handling weddings, receptions, corporate events and large functions preferred.
- Excellent client coordination and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of Indian catering operations, buffet service and banquet event management.
- Ability to manage teams and remain calm and effective during high-pressure events.
- Should be practical, responsible, well-organised and hands-on with event execution.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should have real-world experience managing bulk catering operations, not just supervisory or office-based experience. They should be comfortable taking charge of the catering team, coordinating with clients and ensuring the complete food operation runs smoothly during large-scale events. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
