Sadachandra Homestay is a premium short-term rental property dedicated to providing guests with a clean, welcoming, and memorable experience. We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and hospitable Live-In Caretaker to manage daily operations, maintain the property to high standards, and ensure every guest feels at home.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations & Hospitality

Act as the primary point of contact on-site, welcoming guests and managing smooth check-ins and check-outs.

Walk guests through the property amenities and house rules upon arrival.

Respond promptly to guest requests, troubleshoot minor issues, and provide local recommendations.

Prepare basic meals, tea/coffee, or arrange local food delivery for guests as requested [Edit/Remove if no food is served].

Property Maintenance & Housekeeping

Ensure the property is spotless and guest-ready at all times.

Perform thorough room turnovers between bookings (changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, restocking amenities).

Manage daily operational tasks, including tracking water filter maintenance, operating water pumps, and managing waste disposal.

Conduct regular inventory checks of linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies, notifying management when restocking is needed.

Immediately report any damages, plumbing leaks,



or electrical faults to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Prior experience working in a homestay, hotel, Airbnb, or guest house is highly preferred.

Languages: Fluency in [Insert Local Language] and conversational [English/Hindi] to effectively communicate with guests.

Skills: Strong attention to cleanliness, basic troubleshooting skills for household appliances, and a polite, guest-first attitude.

Reliability: Must be comfortable living in office and managing flexible hours based on guest arrival times.
