About the Role

This is not the usual B2C calling role you see every day. At Lakshya, the role is dynamic, impactful, and central to the organization’s growth. As an Academic Relationship Manager, you’ll represent Lakshya at the forefront of education—building strong partnerships with schools, colleges, and academic leaders while also inspiring and counselling students. This role is a mix of B2B relationship-building, public speaking, and student engagement, making it both exciting and meaningful.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and nurture relationships with principals, HODs,



and academic leaders to establish and strengthen B2B tie-ups
- Conduct student counselling sessions and deliver motivational presentations to large audiences
- Collect and generate leads from schools and colleges to support admission teams across branches
- Act as the face of Lakshya in schools and colleges, representing our vision and academic excellence
- Organize and execute awareness programs, workshops, and presentations to drive student engagement
- Travel to partner institutions, ensuring strong brand visibility and influence in the education ecosystem
- Collaborate with internal teams to support admissions and business growth objectives

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Passion for student counselling and academic outreach
- Willingness to travel extensively for institutional visits
- Ability to build rapport with students and academic leaders
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship-management skills
