Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute communication strategies for debt recovery campaigns.
- Optimize costs effectively while maintaining high-quality communication.
- Ensure excellent and regionally sensitive communication to address the diverse linguistic customers.
- Streamline SMS, Whats App, and IVR communication channels and tailor them according to product & process requirements.
- Use a street-smart approach to engage and connect with customers effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and compliance, to ensure campaign success.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA degree is a plus.
- Willing to consider candidates from Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges.
- Proven experience in campaign management, preferably in the financial or debt recovery industry.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of regional sentiments and languages across India.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Results-driven and detail-oriented.
