Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and prospective customers.

- Explain clinic services and treatments in a explicit and professional manner.

- Follow up with leads generated through social media, website, and other sources.

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested patients.

- Record patient enquiries and update lead details in the CRM or register.

- Coordinate with doctors and the front desk team regarding appointments.

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.

- Achieve assigned calling and appointment conversion targets.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
