We are looking for Call Centre Executives and Process Executives for an established Indian Insurance Broker.
? Locations: Chennai & Kochi
Positions Available
- Motor Insurance – Call Centre / Process Executives
- Medical & Health Insurance – Call Centre / Process Executives
Key Responsibilities • Customer calls and policy servicing
- Motor/Health insurance renewals and enquiries
- Policy issuance and endorsements
- Quotation and document processing
- Claims assistance and follow-up
- Coordination with insurance companies/TPAs
- Customer support and query resolution
- Maintaining accurate records and meeting TAT/SLA requirements
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in Motor Insurance / Health Insurance / Insurance Broking preferred
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance processes
- Positive computer, email and MS Excel skills
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may also be considered for suitable roles
