Position: Cafe Staff

Reports To: Cafe Manager / Supervisor

Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Cafe Staff member to join our team. The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring that food and beverages are prepared and served to a high standard. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness, supporting daily cafe operations, and working effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, beverages, snacks, and other menu items as required.
- Ensure all food and beverages meet the cafe's quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the cafe.
- Assist with food preparation, restocking, and inventory management.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or requirements to the supervisor.




- Respond professionally to customer questions, requests, and feedback.
- Assist with opening, closing, and general day-to-day cafe operations.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Positive, friendly, and approachable personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and a strong sense of cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented.
- Willingness to work adaptable shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
