Job Summary: Responsible for accurately picking food and beverage items from the café/kitchen, checking orders, packing them properly, and handing them over to delivery partners or customers. Roles &
Responsibilities: Pick food and beverage items according to customer orders. Check the order carefully before packing. Pack food items safely and hygienically to avoid spills or damage. Ensure correct quantity, items, sauces, cutlery, and other add-ons are included.
Label and organize packed orders properly. Coordinate with kitchen staff for order readiness. Hand over completed orders to delivery executives. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area. Follow café food-safety and packing standards.
Handle multiple orders during peak hours efficiently. Report missing, incorrect, or damaged items to the supervisor.
