Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day cafe operations • Supervise and coordinate service & kitchen staff • Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally • Manage staff attendance, shifts and daily task allocation • Monitor inventory, stock and wastage • Handle billing, cash management and daily sales reports • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards • Support the team in achieving sales and operational targets Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cafe/Restaurant Manager • Positive communication and team-management skills • Strong knowledge of cafe operations • Customer-focused and responsible attitude • Ability to manage staff and handle daily operations efficiently ?
