We are looking for an experienced CAE Applications Coordinator with strong Japanese language skills to manage license coordination, application installation, and technical support for a Japanese client. This role involves daily communication in Japanese, including meetings with Japanese application owners, to ensure smooth procurement and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support for CAE Applications:

- Work with Technical Team to Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operation.
- Collaborate with users to understand their technical needs, address application-specific issues, and fulfil any additional requirements.

Application Installation:
- Install and configure CAE applications on client machines according to user requirements.
- Ensure proper installation and functionality of applications to support engineering tasks effectively.





Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2, N3 and business-level fluency) is required for daily communication and meetings with Japanese clients.
- Proven experience in managing Japanese client, installations, and technical support.
- Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working with cross-functional and international teams. This role is ideal for candidates who possess a deep understanding applications, along with the language proficiency and cultural awareness needed to work effectively with Japanese clients. The successful candidate will be proactive in ensuring license compliance, smooth procurement workflows, effective user support, and proper application installation.
