Role & responsibilities

- PCB layout design and optimization using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor

- PCB layout and routing
- 3D modeling and integration of PCB designs within mechanical assemblies

- Schematic diagram creation and capture (schematic capture)

- Component and footprint library management

- Design rule check (DRC) and electrical rule check (ERC)

- Signal integrity analysis and simulation

- Design for manufacturability (DFM) and testability

- Gerber file generation and CAM data preparation

- Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and maintenance

- Component placement and routing optimization (single-sided, double-sided, multi-layer PCBs)

- BOM (Bill of Materials) management
