Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Coupa Procurement Transformation Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Coupa implementation, solution design, configuration support, or business analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes and should be able to demonstrate practical experience working with Coupa and upstream procurement functions. Coupa is the primary skill requirement, with Zip as a secondary preference and Levelpath as an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on Coupa implementation, configuration, support, and procurement transformation initiatives.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into procurement technology solutions.
- Support solution design, process mapping, configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners.
- Support procurement processes across:
- Procurement / Purchasing
- Strategic Sourcing
- Contract Management
- Supplier & Risk Management
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and procurement transformation.
- Participate in requirement gathering, UAT, issue resolution, and post-implementation support.
- Clearly communicate Coupa functionality, configuration experience, and project contributions during technical screening.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of core Coupa / Procurement Transformation experience.
- Robust hands-on experience with Coupa.
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Coupa Implementation




- Solution Design
- Configuration Support
- Business Analysis
- Procurement Transformation
- Strong understanding of procurement processes.
- Experience in upstream procurement functions such as Procurement, Sourcing, Contracting, or Risk Management.
- Ability to clearly explain hands-on Coupa experience during screening.

Preferred Skills
- Zip – secondary preference.
- Levelpath – added advantage.
- SAP S/4HANA – good to have, but not mandatory.
- Experience with multiple procurement technology platforms.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale procurement transformation programs.

Preferred Candidate Background Priority will be given to candidates from:
- Coupa implementation partners
- IT consulting and technology organisations such as Cognizant, TCS, Wipro, etc.
- Product companies
- Fortune 500 organisations using modern procurement platforms
- Candidates with hands-on Coupa implementation and support experience

Only looking for Immediate joiners Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
