Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business & Strategy Intern for a full-time unpaid internship opportunity based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work structure. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in business strategy, market research, and startup operations within the AI and entertainment industry.

The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, business planning, market analysis, and customer engagement activities.

Beyond day-to-day responsibilities, this internship offers valuable exposure to the journey of scaling a startup globally while working alongside a team developing cutting-edge AI-driven technology and products.

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months

Compensation: Unpaid Internship

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and strategic opportunities




- Support business planning and strategy development initiatives
- Assist in customer engagement and operational improvement activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic insights for internal use
- Contribute to process optimization and business growth initiatives

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field from a premier institute
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good business understanding and communication abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with professional interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Previous internships or exposure to business strategy, consulting, or operations is a plus
