We are seeking a curious, sharp, and action-oriented Business Strategy Researcher to join Ambrosia Botanicals. This is not a traditional data-entry, MIS, or reporting role; it is for someone who enjoys understanding markets, studying consumer behavior, identifying business opportunities, and converting research into practical strategy and actionable recommendations that drive brand growth. We are looking for someone who thrives in a high-growth startup culture—energetic, digitally aware, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to build and validate new ideas from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct comprehensive market research to evaluate product categories, competitor dynamics, pricing models, positioning, and market gaps.

· Translate complex consumer and market observations into explicit, actionable business recommendations and strategic growth opportunities.

· Create executive-level strategy decks, research briefs, concept notes, product specifications, and go-to-market execution roadmaps.

· Investigate emerging wellness trends,



consumer pain points, and new product opportunities across wellness and lifestyle sectors.

· Partner cross-functionally with brand management, ecommerce, design, product development, sales, and operations to align insights with strategy.

· Leverage AI productivity tools, online research databases, surveys, interviews, customer reviews, and platform analytics to generate deep consumer insight, and to coordinate with the creative and management teams.

· Monitor consumer sentiment and feedback loops across ecommerce reviews, social channels, and market research studies.

· Design, execute, and analyze primary qualitative and quantitative customer research frameworks.

· Present research findings and strategic hypotheses directly to internal leadership and key stakeholders by creating insightful decks.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
