About Our Client A company in the general insurance industry based in Mumbai.

- Set the direction for and oversee analysis (stakeholder analysis, change impact and gap analysis, training needs analysis) to ensure delivery is strategically coordinated and planned.

- Develop the People Experience Plan based on the completed analysis.
- Help the Business Leads to proactively manage their business and mitigate risks associated with the release - Support the development of a set of actionable and targeted plans e.g. change plan, communication plan, training plan.
- Lead and support the creation of measurement mechanisms to track adoption, utilisation and proficiency of individual releases.
- Ensure that readiness assessments are conducted to prepare employees for the adoption/ transition to new ways of working.

The Successful

Applicant - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology,



or a related field / Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; equivalent qualified experience in change management will also be considered.

- 10+ years of experience in change management, business readiness, or organizational transformation, ideally within large-scale program environments - Proven experience conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and training needs analysis - Experience designing and executing change, communication, and training plans for enterprise-wide releases - Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence business leads and senior stakeholders Preferred Qualifications - Change management certification (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, CCMP) - Experience in insurance, BFSI, or another regulated industry - Experience working across multi-release/multi-workstream transformation programs - Familiarity with adoption/utilization measurement tools and dashboards What's on Offer A chance to contribute to impactful business changes.
