We are looking for a visionary and execution-oriented Business Process Transformation Lead to build, own, and scale Visionet's Business Process Transformation practice. This is a senior leadership role with a clear mandate and charter to build & grow the transformation business with a focus on reimagining enterprise business processes through the lens of AI, Agentic AI, and intelligence The ideal candidate brings deep industry expertise across Insurance, Mortgage, Healthcare & Pharma, Financial Services, and Retail, combined with a consulting-first mindset, proven large-scale transformation experience, and the ability to build differentiated intellectual property (IP) and assets that position Visionet uniquely in the market. This person will be the face of Visionet's transformation practice — engaging CXOs, building trusted advisor relationships, and delivering measurable business outcomes at enterprise scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Practice Strategy & P&L; Ownership

- Own and lead the Business Process Transformation practice, accountable for targeted business growth, pipeline build, and overall practice health.
- Define the end-to-end practice strategy for business process transformation aligned with AI-first and Agentic AI paradigms across focus industries.
- Build the practice's service portfolio: process discovery and assessment, process redesign, intelligent automation, AI-native process engineering, and continuous optimization.
- Establish the go-to-market strategy with clear industry-specific positioning, competitive differentiation, and win themes.

IP, Asset & Solution Building

- Own the creation of differentiated intellectual property (IP), reusable assets, solution accelerators, and frameworks that give Visionet a unique market edge.
- Build industry-specific transformation playbooks, process blueprints, maturity assessment tools, and automation-readiness frameworks.
- Develop proprietary methodologies for AI-driven process transformation — from process mining and discovery to Agentic process redesign and deployment.
- Create ready-to-deploy solution templates and reference architectures for common transformation patterns across focus industries.
- Develop compelling go-to-market collaterals: case studies, point-of-view documents, whitepapers,



offering decks, and thought leadership content.
- Ensure all IP and assets are continuously evolved based on market feedback, delivery learnings, and emerging technology capabilities.

Business Development & Client Engagement

- Build and own the current business pipeline to meet the groeth charter — identify, qualify, and convert opportunities across focus industries.
- Lead customer conversations, discovery workshops, process maturity assessments, and strategy sessions at CXO and VP level.
- Manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle: opportunity identification, solution design, proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on the client side — deeply understand their pain points, regulatory landscape, operational challenges, and transformation readiness.
- Own stakeholder management across client organizations spanning business, operations, technology, and compliance functions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration within Visionet Ecosystem

- Work closely with the AI/ML team to infuse Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation into every transformation solution.
- Collaborate with the Product team to align platform capabilities with process transformation needs and co-create product-led solutions.
- Partner with Industry SMEs to bring deep domain context, regulatory awareness, and vertical-specific nuances into engagements.
- Coordinate with the Technology Transformation team to ensure process changes are underpinned by the right technology architecture and infrastructure.
- Work with the Process Engineering team on process mining, process modeling, simulation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Align with the Data & Knowledge Services practice to ensure data readiness and knowledge layer integration for AI-powered process transformation.

Delivery Excellence & Solution Ownership





- Own end-to-end solution design and delivery for large-scale business transformation programs across focus industries.
- Ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes — cost reduction, cycle time improvement, compliance adherence, error reduction, and enhanced customer experience.
- Establish governance frameworks, transformation KPIs, and success metrics for every engagement.
- Drive change management, organizational readiness, and adoption as integral components of every transformation program.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of transformation consultants, business analysts, process engineers, and domain specialists.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 15+ years of progressive experience in business process transformation, management consulting, or business transformation advisory
- Proven track record of leading at least 2–3 large-scale end-to-end business transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
- Deep domain expertise in at least 1–2 of the focus industries: Insurance, Mortgage, Healthcare & Pharma, Financial Services, or Retail.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling a transformation practice, business unit, or Center of Excellence (CoE) with clear growth accountability.
- Strong consulting DNA — structured problem-solving, hypothesis-driven thinking, executive communication, and solution-oriented approach.
- Experience with process transformation methodologies and tools
- Working understanding of AI/ML, Intelligent Automation, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and their application in business process redesign.
- Proven ability to build intellectual property, reusable assets, and differentiated offerings that create competitive advantage.
- Excellent CXO-level communication, executive storytelling, and stakeholder management skills — equally effective with business and technology audiences.
- Based in India with willingness to travel globally for client engagements and key business meetings.
- Create differentiated IP and assets that define Visionet's market identity in the transformation space.
- Work with marquee clients across Insurance, Mortgage, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Retail.
- Collaborate with a strong ecosystem of AI, Data, Product, and Technology teams within Visionet.
