Role Description The Business Partner role at Entropy is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

The Business

Partner will work closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and support the development of strategic marketing and creative solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client business needs, coordinating with internal teams to design integrated campaigns, and ensuring high-quality delivery across physical and digital touchpoints. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing business proposals and presentations,



and contributing to revenue growth through new business development and account expansion. This position requires regular collaboration with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with marketing and creative execution.

Qualifications

- Strong business development, client relationship management, and account management skills.
- Experience in marketing strategy, brand positioning, and campaign planning across digital and offline channels.
- Ability to collaborate with creative, content, and performance marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts such as social media, content marketing, SEO, and performance campaigns.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform business decisions.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agency or marketing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a marketing, creative, or consulting firm, preferably with exposure to experiential and digital campaigns.
- Comfort working on-site in Mumbai and engaging directly with clients, partners, and internal teams.
