Salam Kisan is India's agri-tech platform bringing drone-based crop spraying, farm advisory, and precision-agriculture services directly to farmers across the country. We're scaling that mission through a larger group — PRYM Aerospace (drone manufacturing and OEM partnerships) and PRYM Drone School of Excellence, a DGCA-approved drone training school — and we're hiring a Business Operations / Programme Manager to own our entire North India field network.

This is a multi-state, network-operations leadership role. You'll own the full operating layer across North India, and the pilot network executing drone spraying on the ground: building the RM network, sourcing and training pilots, driving spraying and sales volumes, running events, and keeping the region's operating rhythm tight, reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer.

Location: North India — extensive field travel across assigned states (UP, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, MP as assigned)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build and manage the entire operations across assigned North Indian states — district/cluster mapping, target-setting, performance review, coaching
- Own the pilot lifecycle — sourcing, DGCA-compliant training coordination, onboarding, deployment, and retention, with a pipeline built for seasonal spray-season surge
- Own and be accountable for total drone-spray volume and drone-unit/DaaS sales across the region, against monthly and quarterly targets
- Run the training calendar for RMs and pilots — onboarding, refresher/safety training, and new-SOP rollouts
- Own execution of farmer demonstrations,



krishi melas, dealer meets, and regional events across North India
- Establish a defined operating rhythm — daily/weekly reporting, resource allocation, escalation handling — so the region runs without daily firefighting
- Report to the CBO on RM/pilot network health, volumes, training status, and risk, on an agreed cadence

YOU SHOULD HAVE

- 5+ years in agri business operations, programme/network management, or last-mile field operations — hands-on, not purely corporate/HO
- Experience managing a multi-layer field team — i.e., managed managers (an RM-equivalent layer), not just individual field staff
- A proven track record running a distributed field network at scale — sourcing, onboarding, training, retaining a large field workforce
- Experience operating in tier 2/tier 3 markets across North Indian states — district/block-level, not only metro/HO-based
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned states and be present in the field
- Strong written and spoken Hindi, working proficiency in English

VALUABLE TO HAVE

- Prior experience in drone sales and/or drone-as-a-service (agri spraying, mapping, or survey)
- Experience at last-mile agri-tech or agri-gig-network companies — e.g., DeHaat, BigHaat, EM3 Agri Services, Ninjacart, or similar
- Experience managing agri-input, agri-equipment, or agri-implement field sales/service teams
- Exposure to FPOs, agri cooperatives, and institutional/government agri channels
- Bachelor's in agriculture/agri-business; MBA/PGDM a plus, not mandatory
