- Define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for leadership review.
- Executive Communication
- Create executive-level presentations, strategic summaries, and updates for leadership meetings.
- Manage internal communicationssuch as newsletters or updateshighlighting team progress and accomplishments.
- Operational Excellence & Transformation
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within the business unit.
