Job Title: Analyst Business Operations

Education: MBA from a reputed B-school (preferred institutions: XLRI, SPJain, MDI Gurgaon, IITs, IIMs)

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive and support business operations and strategic initiatives across the Business Unit.
2. Collaborate with BU leadership, engineering, finance, and HR to align program objectives and deliver outcomes.
3. Define and track BU-level objectives; provide regular performance updates to leadership.
4. Create executive-level presentations, team highlights, and communication materials.
5. Improve operational effectiveness through structured project management and productivity initiatives.

Desired Skills & Qualifications MBA from a reputed institute (preferred: XLRI, SPJain, MDI Gurgaon, IIT, IIM).





1–3 years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Consulting—ideally in startups or tech organizations.

1. Ability to independently manage shifting priorities in a dynamic workplace.
2. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

3. Proven ability to work across functions and build consensus among stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.). Experience working with global or cross-functional teams is a plus.
