About the Role

This is the control tower for the business.

Beyond building dashboards, you’ll have a pulse on the key business levers — AOP, P&L;, costs, channel performance, people plans and functional metrics — and ensure nothing material escapes management’s attention.

The role sits at the intersection of data, business and decision-making, turning numbers into clear insights, early warnings and actions for leadership.

What You’ll Own

Dashboards & Business Reporting

- Build and own management dashboards across HR, SCM, Finance, GT, MT and other key functions.
- Standardise reporting formats and data definitions in partnership with function heads.
- Consolidate and present weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews to leadership.

AOP & P&L; Control

- Maintain close oversight of AOP vs. actuals across functions.
- Track key cost headers, identify variances and proactively flag deviations.
- Drive the monthly and quarterly P&L; reconciliation cadence against plan.

Business Lever Monitoring

- Maintain a live view of critical business levers — channel and category performance, cost efficiency, hiring and people-plan progress, and other key metrics.
- Identify risks, gaps and opportunities before they become business issues.
- Act as an early-warning system for management, ensuring critical deviations get visibility and action.




- Support scenario planning and what-if analysis for key business decisions.

Analytics & Systems

- Own the analytics and reporting toolkit required for near-real-time business visibility.
- Evaluate and drive tooling and system improvements that make data more accessible, accurate and actionable.
- Improve data quality, reporting efficiency and automation across functions.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, FP&A;, Management Reporting or Business Finance.
- Strong understanding of AOP, P&L;, variance analysis and business performance metrics.
- Ability to work across multiple functions and understand how different business levers connect.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and translating numbers into clear business insights.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Someone who is proactive, commercially minded and naturally curious about how the business works.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI/visualisation tools; experience with automation and data systems is a plus.
