About the Role
Designation: Business Head Surveillance / Electronic Security
Location: Noida
Experience: 20+ years overall, including 10–12+ years in senior business/P&L; leadership
Fixed CTC: Based of Interview and current ctc
Variable: 20–30% of fixed CTC, linked to revenue/KRA performance The Business Head will have overall responsibility for building and scaling the India surveillance business, including:
- P&L; and revenue ownership
- Sales and go-to-market strategy
- Distributor, dealer and system-integrator network development
- Government/PSU/institutional tender business
- Product portfolio and market positioning
- STQC/BIS certification coordination and regulatory readiness
- Supply-chain and margin management
- AMC/service revenue development
Geographic expansion across India
- Team building and leadership
- Overall achievement of the Year-1 business plan
